Prenatal Fitness

Functional strength training specifically for pregnant women. Classes offer a variety of exercises to help build strength for pregnancy, labour and mom life. Attention to alignment, breathing and pelvic health. All stages of pregnancy welcome.  Held at Donald Physiotherapy in Stonebridge.

Indoor Stroller Strong

​Indoor Stroller classes run from November - April. Classes held at Centre Mall on 8th St. Stroller power walking, bodyweight exercises, resistance band, and stretches, plus great connection with other moms. Did I mention underground parking?! ​

Shop N' Stroll

Bootcamp
This 60 min signature Fitbump class is BACK in person at Donald Physiotherapy Tuesday evenings at 7:45pm!  a mixture of strength & conditioning guaranteed to make you feel stronger and connect with an amazing group of moms!. ​​​

​Outdoor Stroller Classes

Outdoor Stroller classes run from May - October. Classes held at City Park Playground & along the Meewasin. Stroller power walking, bodyweight exercises, resistance band, and stretches, plus great connection with other moms. ​
Online Bootcamp
60 min online class - awesome full body workout  with fabulous moms!  Dumbbells/kettlebells and a long resistance band are nice to have but workouts can be done with household items. All fitness levels welcome. 
Express Bootcamp
30 minutes of cardio/strength followed by a stretch! Get your day started out right with this super convenient 6:15am class all from your own home! Just get up, workout and be on your way!
