Stuck at home with a baby and a toddler?? Come check out our Mom, Baby & Tot class! This is the same workout as our Mom & Baby class - offering a variety of functional strength and flexibility while your baby lays beside you. Plus your toddler will get to have an awesome time in our dedicated daycare; a separate area, with our fantastic childcare provider Diana. It is a win-win!
This 60 minute class is at 9:30am on Tuesday and Thursday, as well as, 10:30am on Friday. Our classes offer a variety of cardio and strength using a lot of different functional equipment. Each class has a warm up, strength training, cool down, and stretching portion. At Fitbump, we promote easing back into fitness and working within your limits. Our classes are interactive, with a lot of discussions on the ups and downs of motherhood. Come for fitness, stay for Friendships!
